sorting: when working with natural materials, landmax believes that it is impossible to use machinery to force the woods into products and simply naively hope that they will not deform, instead we believe only through the most careful sorting and finding the most suitable material can we achieve production effectiveness and efficiency. landmax manufacturing experts excel in all aspects of production process and careful sorting are taking place in each and every step. 

kiln dry: one of the most important factors in wood flooring manufacturing is moisture content control and landmax takes no chances on this production process. all products of landmax are at least kiln dried two to three times, including reconditioning, to ensure that desired moisture content is evenly spread out within each and every parquet that we produce. 

molding: careful and well-designed molding to ensure the ease and proper precision installation.

finish: landmax's signature smooth aluminum oxide and ceramic coating. landmax was the first in the market, and still one of the very few, to be able to produce smooth high strength uv roller coating finish without roller marks. by ensuring the smooth finish and proper transparency, landmax provides the most appealing appearance of wood flooring in the market, and yet maintains the wear resistance to the highest standard.
